SEND Overview

We provide personalised SEND support for learners aged 12–16, combining practical learning, structured guidance and caring staff to help every student progress with confidence.

How We Provide Individualised SEND Support and Outcomes

At Kingsley Academy, support begins by understanding each learner as an individual. We use EHCP outcomes, professional input and student voice to shape personalised support plans. Learning happens in small groups and is broken into manageable steps so students feel comfortable and able to succeed.

Practical tasks embed English, maths and ICT skills to make learning meaningful. We work closely with parents, carers and partner services such as CAMHS and local authority teams to ensure support is joined-up. Our aim is steady progress, improved confidence and clear next steps toward education, training or employment.
